Concierge Auctions in cooperation with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International will auction 3204 Beverly Drive with no reserve. Bidding will be held Aug. 29 to 31 via the website conciergeauctions.com, allowing buyers to bid digitally from anywhere.

The five-bedroom, three-bedroom house was redone in a Santa Barbara-style, including stucco exteriors and red accents. The inside of the home has high wood-beamed ceilings, arched doorways, colorful tiles, wood and iron accents and stone columns.

The owner’s bedroom has a carved, double-wood vanity in the in-suite bathroom and has a dressing room with large storage spaces.

An eat-in kitchen has a large island and professional-grade appliances. A subterranean level of the home has a gentlemen’s bar, professional gym, trophy room, office and wine cellar.

Outside the home there are two parking spaces, wooden deck, tiled pool, an outdoor fireplace and balconies.
